Course Information

Introduction

This five-day course teaches practical skills for managing contract claims and resolving disputes. The emphasis is on protecting commercial positions while avoiding unnecessary escalation.

4. Quantify time and cost impacts using accepted techniques for delay, disruption, and variation claims.
